Refund policy
At Blue Wave USA, we're committed to reducing waste and limiting our carbon footprint. To do our part, we don't accept returns, but we're happy to make it right if there's a problem with your order. If your print arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost to you. We may ask for a photo of the issue to help us improve our processes and ensure it doesn't happen again in the future.
Please note that we are not responsible for refunds or replacements if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the product after receiving it. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, sizing, and images before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns & exchanges
We don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if you have any issues with your order, contact us immediately.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
In some cases, you might be entitled to a refund for an order you have placed (e.g. when an order is damaged or lost). In such cases, we will process a refund for you after having verified that this is actually due.
Also, if you cancel an order before it is actually printed, you will be entitled to a full refund.
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
